The Traditional 2 lb Artisan Boule is made with a blend of Gluten Free flours, all sourced from Bob’s Red Mill. With a perfectly soft, spongy texture, this bread does not crumble or fall apart and is just as enjoyable at room temperature as it is toasted.

Unlike most gluten free loaves, all my breads are a standard loaf size and indistinguishable from other “traditional” yeast breads.

Whether it becomes your breakfast, lunch, dinner, or snack, I promise you and your friends won’t be able to tell it’s gluten free!
