How can I keep my bread fresher for longer?
If not consumed within 48 hours, we recommend slicing and freezing for up to 3 months tightly wrapped in foil and a freezer safe bag. When ready to eat, thaw on the counter or reheat the bread wrapped in foil in a 350 degree oven for 10-15 minutes.

Are your breads certified Gluten Free? Because we are a Cottage Food Business, we cannot legally certify that our breads are gluten free or free from allergens. However, we can tell you that we confidently serve our breads to our Celiac friends and family members without issue.
