Nicole’s Story
My immediate family has been gluten free for over 15 years due to a brother with Celiac disease and a family history of autoimmune diseases. When I was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s in 2020, I also went gluten free, but was quickly disappointed by the quality and availability of good gluten free bread.
I’ve always had a passion for baking and an entrepreneurial spirit; in fact, I’ve dreamed of selling my baked goods since 2008! My only goal was to create a gluten free bread that passed as “regular” bread. I’m excited to say that I’ve finally reached my goal, and I can’t wait to share it with my Goodlettsville friends and neighbors, with the help of my husband Jason.
Why “Two Pots”?
I started out my business with just two Dutch ovens to bake in. The beauty of cottage law is you can start selling your goods with a very low upfront investment!
