Why is this one naked?
We firmly believe carrot cakes should only be dressed with cream cheese icing, which requires refrigeration for food safety. Cottage Law does not permit the selling of any goods that require refrigeration. Rather than creating a faux cream cheese buttercream using flavored oil, we are choosing to sell the carrot cake “naked” to preserve the purity and integrity of our recipes.
